Do you duplicate the CDs? Is there a minimum order size? What is the cost?

I arrange duplication with one of my duplicators. There is no minimum order size, though you get a small volume discount on larger orders. The duplication includes the CD, a nice laser label, and a soft case. Cost is around $1.50 per unit plus shipping & handling.
